    I've been trying to cancel my membership to this gym since August. They keep telling me it's canceled and telling me they'll refund me for the months they charged me for. And continuously still charge me for a membership and will not cancel it when I now have spoken to them at least 6 times over the phone and twice in person.

    The complaint here was taken very seriously and was unfortunately the result of an internal miscommunication between 2 locations (********** & Hewlett gym) that are no longer the same entity. As soon as the correct parties were notified all proper steps were taken in addition to additional refunds to make up for the mistake. All has since been cancelled and the months owed were immediately refunded to the member. This is a subject not taken lightly by Ownership

    I had a gym membership that my girlfriend and I got together. We both didnt like the gym and we both canceled. They continued to charge my card for two more months and then charged me an annual fee when the account was already closed for a total of an additional 150 dollars. I called and spoke to owner who claimed he never got the request and then closed the account when the original email was re sent to him showing the date and time it was first sent. He did the same to my girlfriend on her billing with a seperate card and different account not knowing we live together. Today I noticed another charge and went to the gym to confront the merchant and was told that I agreed to put the account on hold when in fact the email clearly states to shut the account down. I have heard reports of this happening to not only us but others in the community and this should be investigated. I put a stop payment on the card and they somehow found a way to charge the updated card from my back using ensure bill or another platform that reconizes new issued cards from the issuer.
