    I worked for *** right out of trade school. The owner **** ****** would have mental breakdowns and took it out on the employees both on and off work hours. **** would not pay me for 1-2 weeks after my scheduled payday. When I asked him, he would respond with I got you soon. I would have to approach him about my paycheck. We would receive text messages from **** for 3 to 4 hours minimum about how horrible we were as workers and how horrible we were as people. **** said he fired me because another worker was disrespectful to him. The week prior to my firing, **** had a mental breakdown because he said We were p***y and needto act like men. **** said my punishment for being p***y was to get on my hands and knees and clean his bathroom and his parents bathroom. **** would text us for hours cursing us out and making fun of us. When we were on the job, **** would praise us for our work in person, the. once we got home, he would rage text us the opposite. **** is mentally unstable and he is mentally abusive to his employees. This is my first job in the trades. Im honestly shocked because I started to believe this is just how the trades are. When I shared my experiences to other people in the trades,I was told to come here. **** also hires people off the street with zero experience and zero certifications. His brother is a lead employee at *** and doesnt have an *** card or any OSHA certifications. He is truly a horrible person which I hate to say but how he treated his employees is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No one should have to deal with how he acts. This is my first trade job and it was truly horrible. He is predatory and abusive.
