    Date of Transaction 12/11/24 Date of Cancellation 12/13/24 Refund due $447.00 After my initial consultation with two individuals at this company. I was advised to schedule a 1 hr session with their Attorney after my initial consultation. I did this online by a link I paid $447. After speaking to some other individuals outside this firm, I decided to cancel the appointment which I did in plenty of time. I emailed the two people from this company that I had originally spoken to and they didn't respond as to when I will receive a refund. After including the head of the firm on my next email, he responded wanting to take care of this ****, this was on 12/13. A couple emails back and forth and still no refund. Then yesterday 12/16 I was asked if I will take a refund on ***** I said yes. Still no refund. Three emails today and no response. Received a response from **** ****** on 12/17 stating my money would be refunded by 12/18 end of business. No refund and no reply to my two emails on 12/18. I want my $447 paid to me via Zelle as they stated they would do.
