    I had electric vehicle so l went Primetime auto repair to fix it they changed battery 150$ with 1 year warranty but they did not give receipt to me .then 2.5 months later give issue when l went to show them they put computer and charged 35$ to me again no receipt again . When l left store 4 hours later . Issue come up again . Then l went another repair ( relax auto) he fixed 150$ when l went primetime to refund my money. They rejected refund me because of no receipt. I told them you did not give me receipt but they knew they did not give receipt because they are scammer. And guy was super rude, unprofessional, unkind and cursed me.

    I want to share my experience with you to not happen anyone.it started 07/04/2024 took months.they took money and not fix car.They charged 1450$ for engine light with many part unnecessary and then they did not fix it they did not complete service more than a month. Then I went to fix just another repair shop only 200$ in 10 minutes for this engine light. So when I explained owner to refund my money. But he rejected refund me and he made many bad things behind me. So Im sharing my experience with proof (all receipts , zelle payment and people reviewing ****** account). And still he show as victim because he is big liar and he know how manipulated people. See this kind of people real face. He talked nicely but he steal money behind us and tried to scare you with lawyer or something else.he is big liar, scammer, bad person. I had never this kind of things. He stole my money He broke my car He lied me He waste my times He treated me He cursed me and my family He removed me from ************** as admin and only himself did live cannel lied in front of people about me. Because he doesnt have brave show real things .

    The customers *********************** to his vehicle were completed accordingly. All of his repairs are on video, and his interactions expressing his satisfaction are also on video. We also advised him that it would not be worth it for him to spend more money on the vehicle, as it had many other internal issues, as well as a malfunctioning wheelchair ramp. Furthermore, the client is making this complaint because he did a chargeback on his credit card for amounts charged nearly 2 months after the repairs were completed. His regret for doing the chargeback are also on video. This complaint is being made because he attempted to sell the vehicle as excellent mechanical condition on our business page after having done a chargeback, to which we advised our followers that the vehicle is in fact not in excellent mechanical condition. The customer then proceeded to have his friends and family spam our ****** page with 17 false negative reviews. We proceeded to remove him from the ******** page. This further angered him, and he began to spam other pages related to our business. His wife, ***************** also filed another complaint with the BBB. We believe that complaint should be dismissed because it is a duplicate complaint regarding the same issue (#********). As you can see based on the complaint the customer submitted, he has consistently displayed unstable and sometimes dangerous behavior. His anger is not in regards to the repairs that were completed, but rather for actions we took after-the-fact to prevent him from selling the vehicle under a false description. Yes, we did propose legal action for defamation. Yes, we did remove him from our ******** post. Yes, there was a verbal exchange between the owner and the customer in which unpleasantries from both sides were shared. However, we did NOT conduct business in a manner that is unethical or immoral. We vehemently deny the false accusations against our business practices. We primarily serve the taxi and limousine industry in ***, and have done so with great satisfaction. The owner, *******************, is a well known and influential advocate and industry leader who has earned a tremendous amount of goodwill within the industry and community. Unfortunately, as history has shown, the industry we service has also proven to be one that is very difficult to satisfy, even when practicing the highest of level of business standards.

    These all thing is not correct And l rejected all response because it is not true and lying.
    About review he lied about my review it is scam not customer to delete my review. I had all proof receipts to go his place.
    I tried to chargeback because he did not refund me, did not complete service why l gonna pay for nothing thats why l tried to chargeback but he cut video to show bank that selam regretted to chargeback. Im not regretting to chargeback .but lm still fighting to refund from bank for that. Because he lied to bank with fake video and fraud them and he got money back.
    He is big scammer thats why he know all fraud things to all customers.
    Firstly i went his place to fix ramp noise at 03/11/2024 and paid 210$ but service not complete and not given receipt to me when l paid zelle to him.l went couple times molla collision to fix ramp issue and they fixed perfectly at 07/08/2024 and paid them 120$. 
    Secondly l went to change oil at 04/09/2024 but his employee **** wanted change at many part 1000$ unnecessary and after a week make more noise his parts and still make noise. Because they are not good mechanic and did not complete service .
    Thirdly l went to fix engine lights  at 07/02/2024 they did not fix it and charged me 1450$ many part unnecessary went ***** times in month to fix engine light But his employee **** did not complete service , everytime he change something but issue come right way because he is not good mechanic and call owner but he is not responding and ignoring me. After everyday and took more than a month I got tired to go their shop . Then l went relax auto , he fixed in 10 minutes and charged me only 200$ .you can see on receipt how many item changed and all of them unnecessary. So Ive attached all receipts from primitime and relax auto . You can check who is lied. And l attached another customer review with screenshots how being rude, scammed customer , cursed them, threat them, show himself best but steal money from all poor tlc driver. He made s live broadcast to defamed me in social media cursed me, my wife, my mother my all family and threated me , my family and share my all identity like name, last name, phone number, address. After that his family or friends 
    called me to bother me daytime and nightime.
    Thats why lm complained about him to show his real face . 
    Because he is rude, unprofessional, immorality, disrespectful,dishonest to all customer.
