**** was the first mechanic I took my car to. Thurs. 9/14 I went and spoke to ****. I wanted to know how much it would cost me to tell me why my car did not start. **** said he was "NOT" going to charge me because I was referred to by my sister. Fri.9/15 I had the car towed to them. **** told me to wait. I waited for 1hr.Then he said he did not have time; he would do it tomorrow. The next day Sat.9/16 at 10am he called to tell me he needed me to allow him to charge me $250 to run diagnose? I said, you said you were not going to charge me. He said his professional mechanics had to check the wiring and all the electrical stuff wire by wire. He sent me a text stating that I had to confirm authorization via text. I called later that day to find out if he found the problem, he claimed his "professional mechanics" were still working on it and that it was a big job. Mon. 9/18 I called him @12pm and he texted that he could not speak. I texted him to let me know what was going on. He called me and said my car computer was bad. That I needed to replace it. I asked him how much is the computer for the car and how much is the job. He said he would get back to me. I called at 4pm. and I asked him if he got a quote. He said he could not find a used computer for my car. They would have to get it from the dealer at about $1,500. + $400 to program it. + labor. I said that I was going to do some research and get back to him. Tues. 9/19 he calls me at 1130a.m. and I text him that I would call him back and instead, I showed up because at this point this was a joke! When I got to the location **** saw me proceeded to tell me that he had called me to tell me that one of his workers had the same car I had. That they wanted to ask me if it was ok for them to take the workers car computer and put it in my car to confirm that was the issue? I said, why aren't you sure? Didn't you go wire by wire? You had the car for 5 days already. My fianc was disputing the $250 charge since " NOTHING " was apparently diagnosed. He proceeded and said why do you charge $250 for a diagnosis when you clearly told her you were not charging her yet the ****** dealer only charges $175.? And now you want to put someone elses computer in her car to make sure the computer is the problem? This is a scam! **** said that's their prices because that's what they charge. I had researched the center and saw a picture of the owner. He was there at the scene laughing, but *******, which is the name of the owner, did not know that I knew he was the owner. He was laughing the whole time that my fianc was disputing with ****. He walked away then came back because **** called him over. I said to ****, " isn't that the owner?" The owner started arguing with my fianc. ******* said he is worth $250 and that's why they charge the price they do. He said he did not like problems and that if I wanted to just take my car somewhere else. He walked away. He did not tell us where my car was. I did not see it in the shop. **** walked into the office and I followed **** and when I tried to talk to **** the only thing, he kept saying to me was, " I should have never taken your car," "I should have never taken your car!" I do not understand why he was so upset if they did not even know what the problem was. Since **** was texting and nagging, I walked away looking for my car. At this moment I noticed there was another garage next to that garage where suddenly, the owner ******* came out of the garage in my car with two workers pushing my car out of the shop. The hood was slightly opened. I opened the hood and noticed that the computer was not attached and it was hanging. I asked him about it, but he said to take it to another mechanic. I had my car towed to another mechanic. The mechanic showed me the computer and told me that someone had broken it because the spikes on the computer were bent which meant the damage was done on purpose. ******* was the one who damaged the computer because he was the one who went to get the car instead of telling me to go with him. He went by himself. Meanwhile I kept asking **** where my car was and he never answered me. It cost me $1,300 to get a computer and to get it programmed.

On 06/17/2022 I had work done on my auto, it consisted with a radiator flush replacing hoses and thermostat, brake flush, power steering flush and to check ABS, *** light on plus inspection and oil change. During that day I received a call from the shop that my radiator had a leak? they said it was at the top hose, keep in mine this was never an issue until they began work. They tried to repair it but it did not work and I still had a leak. They said I would now need a new radiator and the cost would be $ 750. I went ahead and authorize the repair. They also fixed the problem with the *** light, ABS, he said it was a damaged wire, they added $ 140 for that. My total for all this was 1,768.81.After taking auto I notice 2 days later that an auto start alarm system I had installed about 4 years earlier was not working properly , it would start car then immediately shut down, This surprised me so I called the shop and got double talk from a young lady there. She said the boss was not there and he would contact me after he came back from doctors visit. It was like the radiator job that was never an issue! now something that was working fine since the install 4 years earlier was not. I'm writing this because of the girl who I spoke with on the phone who seem to be more interested in denying it was a problem they caused. I feel they will not take responsibility after speaking with her. Any help regarding this matter would be greatly appreciate. I do not want to keep coming back to this shop as I have things to do also. I had this auto starter installed so my wife who is disable would not have to get in a burning hot car in the summer plus a freezing auto in the winter and it's been working flawlessly until I got it back from this shop! This is a necessity for her so it's really important!
