    I bought two ticket for $60 to attend one of the painting event in Queens. When I got there, they were 10 people outside complaining that the organizer was late. We stayed past an hour and could not reach *****************************, he wasnt answering texts, calls, nor emails. I spent $104.10 on uber to get there and he never once reached out to any of the attendees. I requested a refund of the money spent on uber and the tickets, he only sent the $60 with a simple sorry. I live in Brooklyn and if it wasnt my sisters birthday and the fact that he failed to communicate the event was cancelled I wouldnt spent that much money on transportation just to go stand outside for an hour. I sent him my uber receipts, and he ignores them. I need my $104.10 back. Not at any point I would have still go to the event if he had sent a cancellation notification. Hes scamming people leaving inactive events posted on eventbrite so they can buy tickets, and he gets to keep the money without any explanation.

    She said in scamming people out of money and at the same time saying that the money she spent on the cancelled event was refunded. Make it make sense. Im not going to engage in this nonsense.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The $104.10 I spent to go to the location and leave after coming to the conclusion that there wont be any event has NOT been refunded to me and thats what Im requesting. My complaint will not be resolved until I receive my $104.10 back. I sent a request through paypal to get my $104.10 refunded back to me and its being ignored.
