    This company tried to take $0.01 ,not sure why...I did not authorize this transaction nor have I done any business with them ,I had not even heard of them until my bank cut my card off, I don't have phone numbers for them and wonder why they were trying to get 1 *****...???. There was 2 companies that tried to run the 1 *****...this one being ..Primcast LLC , out of ********...and the other from ****** ,**, which I filed a complaint with the BBB as well ...they stated on the paper I received from my bank that there was an email sent to me...but they misspelled my name ,so , I never received the email...just want them to : Not Sell my information and leave me alone...the ***** ...they should put it back...it is just a *****., But held responsible for their actions. Thank you.

    I am reaching out in regards to complaint ******** from **********************

     

    We'd like to answer this complaint.

     

    The API to our merchant account with PayPal was somehow hacked, and the fraudsters were running thousands of authorizations through our merchant account, in the amount of $0.01.

     

    This was detected and addressed. The authorizations automatically expire after 30 days, and any funds that were authorized were returned to the customer's account.

    Please let me know if there is anything else needed from our end.
