      I have had multiple conversations with ****** at **** about receiving a refund for items that I wanted to cancel since they would not arrive in time for the intended use. She has assured me that my items were canceled and I would receive a refund however it has yet to happen after over a month of waiting.

      Absolutely the worst customer service there is. It has been non existent. I have been emailing and calling for the past week and a half and have not received anything back. I have two orders placed 12 hours apart, the first one took two weeks before it even shipped. It came in last friday and there was items missing from my order. The second hasnt even been made yet and its been three weeks. I absolutely loved ordering from here in the past but after this i will never do business with these people again. Do better.

      I placed an order on April 29, 2025. On their website it clearly stated that if I put my order in by May 1st, then I would receive my order in time for EDC (May 15th). After about a week of not receiving any sort of information regarding my purchase, I contacted iEDM through email, since thats the ONLY way. They claim to have 24/7 customer support but thats *** When I call the number on their website I am directed straight to a voicemail that informs me that I will be contacted within 72 hours through email. Its incredibly frustrating! I finally received a response on May 11. It was vague and disappointing. I am pretty sure AI replies to emails. However, they seemed to have no knowledge of my order. I contacted them a few days later, only to be told my order was *finally* being processed and would ship by the end of the week. Well, that was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my order! Ive emailed them several more times and cannot get a straightforward answer. They customize in clothing that is made specifically for festivals and they know how important it is to receive your order on time. They are showing zero care or concern regarding the service they are giving their customers. I will never be purchasing from this company again. BUYER BEWARE!!

      Purchased an item that is supposed to be made and shipped within 5 days. 9 days later and it has not been shipped, ive emailed the last 3 days and only got a response today saying they will "Look into it". At this point i went and ready their other reviews where they clearly lie on the regular about shipping times. I needed this for an event that I will now have to make other last minute plans for since this fell through. Dont have a timeline for items if you are unable to uphold that timeline, thats deception and borderline fraud when it happens on a consistant basis.

      i tried to cancel my order after it not shipping ten days after i ordered it even they there website claimed it would only take 5 business days. i then contacted them about it and they told me to wait. then i filed an order to cancel the order a few days later and it took them two days to respond and in that time they have shipped it to me. i dont want to have to pay to ship the item back to them. its not my fault it took them two days to respond to me and when they did respond to me they told me they would look into it.

      Ordered item 14 days ago and paid for first class shipping. Item states up to 5 days for manufacture. After 14 days there has been no update on item. **************** takes days to respond and just keeps offering store credit for future orders which I expressed i have no desire for given the problems with this order and that it was purchased for a specific event which was this weekend. Still no update o. When item will be manufactured and I have no requested a refund given that item still has not been completed and now I am receiving no response from the company.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved ti satisfaction.

      I finally received a response after the company was notified of my complaint filed with the BBB.  However, my request to cancel my order was ignored.  I was again offered a gift card that I declined several times and was advised they would provide priority shipping for the delay.  The shipping method they chose was lesser quality than the shipping method I paid for which was first class at the time of ordering as this item was for an event which has now passed.  They did refund part of my shipping costs which is not what i asked for and have now shipped the ordered despite my request to cancel it twice.   I am still waiting to see if my order arrives.  I have  attached a screenshot of my correspondence with the business.

      The shipping delays are expected during this time of the year, we want to re-assure you that we used a faster shipping method for your order as we promised. First Class method takes 5 to 7 days while Priority shipping takes 2 to 3 days. The tracking link shows it will be delivered to you on the 21st.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      I received an email that this situation has been resolved and that I did not respond, however I did.  Since my last correspondence, I finally received the product and it was defective as it came torn and not sress length as they claimed.  I again contacted the company and now have requested to return the item since they did not cancel my order per my request and now the item is defective and they are refusing the return despite their website saying item is returnable and exchangable.

      I placed my order on October 23, the two products I ordered said they take 5 days to produce. It has now been 17 business days and 23 regular days since my order. I requested information about my shipment on November 5th and was told my order was almost ready, it is now 10 days later and the product still has not shipped. I requested a full refund yesterday November 14 with no response and again today November 15th with no response. Their website has now disappeared so I have no choice but to call my credit card company and try and get my money back through them. Order number ****** spent $245 do not order from this company as it is clearly a scam.

      We've shipped your package last week and it is now in transit via ****** The international tracking link will start to show update once the package is received by our partner carrier who will ship it internationally. I attached the ***** tracking page here to prove that we cannot cancel the shipment anymore since it is already in transit.

      I placed an order November 2. Have not received any type of tracking and when I call customer service the number is no longer working. I think I got scammed.

      I paid for expedited shipping on a product coming from ********** to *******... Payment was made October 15th...I have not received a tracking number as of October 26th. Order status remains to be "confirmed"... I sent an email and have received no response. As a resolution I simply ask for a written or verbal confirmation from seller that the products purchased are being shipped, I also request to be reimbursed for the shipping cost. I am willing to disregard shipping reimbursement if the product arrives at some time within this week. I am aware of the 5 production days and we are well past that...I will be happy to change my reviews and reddit post as soon as the clothing arrives and proves to be good. I will happily praise and support IEDM, even if they just communicate with me I'd be willing to atleast give a better review and not reach out to my bank.
