    Alklem plumbing send two guys to fix a leak issue in the shower for us at our unit at *********************************************** on march 6th 2024. Our caretaker said she went to pick up the kids and when she return the guys were not even there yet and that was around 9 something already. The company claim they were there from 8am to 2pm for a 6 hour job and charged $1518.81 but this is in correct as they were only there for prob 2-3 hours or so and we got over billed for time. The initial estimate from them were also not this high. I've been calling them since two weeks ago and the front desk lady keeps saying she passed my info to their manager and they will call me but two weeks later still no call. She refuse to give me the manager's number and just insist that i wait FOREVER (she's also not the nicest on the phone as a customer service personnel). I would like this to be resolved and a refund for the time that they wrongfully billed us.
