    To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally report a deeply troubling encounter with two security guards contracted by FJC Security at the ******************* on June 18, 2025, at approximately 1:00 PM.During my visit, when I raised valid concerns, the security personnel engaged in behavior that was abusive, unprofessional, and threatening. Specifically, the two male guards on site:- Attempted to silence my complaint rather than support a resolution.- Used sarcastic, mocking, and hostile language and expressions.- Rolled their eyes, grinned inappropriately, and treated the situation as a joke.- Refused to identify themselves, deliberately concealed their faces and badges.- Prohibited me from taking photos despite their misconduct, appearing to avoid accountability.This conduct created a hostile environment, made me feel unsafe, and was intimidating in nature. Such actions are unacceptable for security staff entrusted with public safety and responsibility.I hereby request the following:1) Immediate review and preservation of all video surveillance footage from the *************** on June 18, 2025, between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM.2) Identification of the guards involved, including their names and employee status with FJC Security.3) A formal investigation into their conduct, including their refusal to identify themselves or allow documentation.4) A written response confirming how FJC Security will address this complaint and ensure accountability and professionalism in future conduct of your staff.I am willing to provide further details and cooperate fully with any investigation. These individuals should not be allowed to jeopardize the safety and trust of the public.Please confirm receipt of this complaint and that the requested footage and information will be secured and reviewed.
