    I purchased resale tickets through their platform. I was unable to attend the show due to last minute illness as I was en route to the venue and requested to still receive any verification of my ticket or number. The seller never provided me any evidence of the ticket, and I'm still entitled to the ticket details and infomation even if I couldn't pick them up. I believe the seller resold the seats when they knew I couldn't come in person and kept my money as well. I wanted to try and see the show on a different day which shows sometimes allow but I can't if I don't know what ticket I was supposed to have. With the seat number or ticket information I would be able to verify if the ticket was used. The theatr *** informed me that they had information on my tickets, but would not provide it to me for some reason and made a decision to also keep my funds with no route for recourse. Then they retaliated by ceasing email communication and restricting my account and financial transactions on their platform also with no discussion. T Additionally, I have other transactions that are still pending, and the vendor has been unresponsive. I have no faith that they will execute the pending financial transfer without malice and I also have no faith that I will be able to address any issues if they arise with resellers. As they have refused service, I would like for them to provide refunds. I suspect the sellers were not operating in good faith and used my illness as an excuse to sell the same tickets twice. I would also like for them to refund any pending fund transfers and transactions and to delete any consumer data they have for me from their databases.

    I sold an orchestra ticket to Back to the Future on the Theatr app that I had changed the date with the box office. When past dating the ticket, the box office gave me a ticket that said comp on it, but that isnt the price I paid for it. I sold the ticket on the Theatr app for the original price I paid and the buyer got a great orchestra ticket for a broadway show for 1/3 the price at the box office. The buyer unfairly reported me and the Theatr app suspended my account and wont let me access my info and my payment for the ticket was supposed to be received 2 days after the show but its been 3 days and I havent received my payment yet. The Theatr app has no controls in place to protect sellers from buyers who want to complain just to get a refund after using my valid orchestra ticket and doesnt have an appeals process. They just suspended my account and claimed that I never showed proof of purchase of any of my listings. I requested that they show me examples of this, but they wont respond. I asked whats the process for people selling tickets that they had changed the date for so the box office gives comped tickets even though thats not the original price I paid and I sold it at the price I paid, but they wont respond. They still owe me for the ticket I sold to that buyer who complained for no valid reason just to try and get his money back and use my orchestra ticket for free.
