    Dear BBB, Unfortunately **** & ******'s Manic Panic seems to be unable to fulfill my order, yet took my money. What's concerning is that there's no way to directly contact them given that they've outsourced communication with the company Route, which does not have a shipping date listed. *************** Manic Panic lists a customer service email that gets returned with an Error email for ****************************************************************** which I assume means this does not exist. On January 3 I placed my order and paid significantly extra for 2 day priority mail for two small manic panic hair dyes ******************** Voltage total was $38.69 Subtotal: $27.98 Shipping $8.23 State Tax $2.48 Total $38.69 USD

    I purchased a gift card during a promotion which I used same day to place an online order that took nearly a month to ship. Due to the extremely long delay, I repeatedly contacted the company asking that my order be canceled as Id had to purchase similar items elsewhere, and the only responses I received were that Id receive an email once my order had shipped which was non-responsive. I then received an email that part of my order was canceled due to lack of inventory, but instead of refunding my credit card which was a partial payment method on the order, they apparently sent the refund back to the gift card I no longer have because Id used it in full. They will not respond to any of my inquiries about this. The remaining items in the order finally arrived yesterday, I have not opened the package, and I want to return it. Im now being told I have 5 days to send it back at my own cost with my own label, and the company wont even provide an RMA so I have zero confidence that my return will be processed correctly, plus its clear to me that theyre just going to refund the gift card I no longer have. I want to return the items, I want the company to provide a label at its cost not mine, and I want a full refund for this order processed to my credit card and not a gift card I no longer have. I feel I was bait and switched and do not intend to buy another product from this company ever again.

    company has failed to fulfill or even ship my order after 3 weeks. also refused to offer any sort of explanation or update on the service. estimated time until shipping was 2 days after the order was placed. company also spring a surprise "inventory" for a week to buy time on orders and STILL has not fulfilled my order or shipped it over a week after their inventory delayed all shipments a week and they chose not to warn customers of the delay. I no longer believe they have any intention to fulfill my order.
