    I was conned, deceived, and wasted so much time with this business. ******* forgot the appointment he made with me and left me waiting for hours. I called and he rescheduled a second appointment for the next day. He called the next day to cancel and rescheduled for later that same day. ******* did not call again or bothered to let me know what the problem was. He just ghosted me and disappeared with no explanation. I had purchased an expensive lock, on his advice, for the door he was going to make for my house, which now I have to return. This all happened after I had to wait for him for a whole week because he went on vacation. I just cannot believe the degree of contempt, disrespect, and irresponsibility. This business behavior is appalling to say the least. It is so unjust to be treated in this manner when I made the effort to support my neighborhood s small business, and treated ******* with patience and respect.
