I ordered the Arc Hidden Halo Engagement Ring (1/4 ct. tw.) in 14KT Rose **** in 2024.This, after taking advantage of the Home Preview option. What a brilliant feature. I previewed this ring alongside another I was considering, which eliminated buyer's remorse. Not only was I able to test the suitability of the ring with my usual outfits, but also with my typical physical routine. I even upgraded to a larger center stone, thanks to having the chance to test-drive how well it sat on my finger.And of course the real ring was even more stunning. I constantly receive compliments. But my real joy is in moments alone, when I stop typing to admire the sun using it as a kaleidoscope, silently painting a dancing glitter mural across walls and ceiling.

4 starsThe buying experience was pretty good. There were a lot of choices, and once the purchase was made, communication was fairly good during the process. When the ring arrived it looked very, very good. Over time there was one diamond that looked a little off, but to be fair it was not an issue that I brought up to Clarity to resolve. My main complaint with Clarity, and the reason I knocked them down one star, is because since I have made my purchase, I have been absolutely DELUGED with marketing emails. I have used the unsubscribe option in their emails a half dozen times. Didn't work. I went to their web site and tried their chat support. I was told someone would contact me about it. Never happened. I get pounded with their emails, usually multiple times a week, every week. I wish now I had never bought from them because of this. Very unprofessional.Review fromLucas H

5 starsI bought the engagement drink for my now wife with clarity and both me and my wife loved it. I had to get it resized because someone gave me the wrong size and I had great customer service with it. The ring came back perfectly.
