  HIDDEN FEES, NO 24/7 SHUTTLE, UNSAFE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DOESN'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE & HRS ARE A LIE! Upon arrival we were charged additional fees & told there was no 24/7 shuttle. I pointed out on my printed reservation it stated they have 24/7 shuttle service, they stated there is no they close at 7 pm. I tried to ask questions but he was not receptive or helpful at all. We were given no receipt & was told for proof to take a picture of a “CLAIM CHECK” slip. On slip they wrote over the 11 pm shuttle end time & changed it to 8 pm & the 11 pm gate close time to 10 pm. The sign outside the parking lot reads “24 Hours Active Driveway”! Website (https://parkndepart.io/) hrs are Mon-Sun 4am-10pm. We were told on the day of return our truck would be moved outside gate & we would be contacted advising location of keys. Shuttle ride to the airport was horrible, dirty, smelled & seats stained. Upon returning we received no call/text/email. I texted/called at 8:26 pm & received no response. I left multiple vms, text msg, emailed. NO RESPONSE. Arrived via taxi & gate was locked. Our truck was parked outside, no keys found. So here we are standing in a dark dirty lot freezing & feeling unsafe. I called until the voicemail was full. I emailed both Park N’ Depart & ParkingNearAirports to no avail. ParkingNearAirports told me they were also unable to reach them & as a third party booking agency they do not own or manage the parking locations. Do not book through Parking Near Airports because they do not protect their consumers from scammers! There was another vehicle parked outside & the yellow slip indicated the owner would be arriving at 11 pm. We called the police & waited. 3 ½ hours later the other customer arrived unable to reach the lot. They searched around their vehicle & they found the keys wedged under the back tire. We found our keys wedged under the tire as well. The police confirmed they have received many complaints about Park N’ Depart but were unable to help.

  I parked my car here and called the number they gave me when I returned. No answer. I proceeded to take an *****, though they said they provide shuttles until 8pm. Upon arriving at the lot, the gates were locked shut. But, my car was parked on the outside of the gate! The gates do not close until 10pm. I had no way of getting my key from the lock box because no one answered. I continued to call for. 8-10 pm in the cold and rain. Called customer service and sent an email. **************** told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I told them I lived 3 hours away up north and was stranded in the rain and cold in the middle of ************* in a shady neighborhood. Could they provide a hotel for the night so I could come back in the morning to get my car? They said there was nothing they could do for me. How is that customer service?So, I spent the night in a hotel, took me hours by train and subway to get there. By 1 am I ********** the morning I proceeded to go to the lot. The staff told me that their supervisor ***** was in charge of answering the calls after 8pm. They gave me a card and said here is the direct line to talk to him. I looked at the number, it was their office number, no direct line. Lies.I called customer service once again. They told me that the supervisor had my number and would call me. If he didnt call me in 2-3 days for me to call them.After 4 days, he didnt call. I called customer service again to inform them. That I wanted to be reimbursed for the hassle of being stranded and locked out of my cars for hours in the cold and rain and the expense of having to stay at a hotel when it was their staffs fault. They told me there was nothing they could do, that they could not give me a reimbursement.I feel so frustrated at their lack of customer service and care at my expense. I felt like I was going in circles with them and their lies.

  I booked this parking online on October 26 2024 I arrived there at 5am on October the 27th I prepaid on line once I got there I was charged more money and was told I had to pay additional money for a late charge my flight was on time when I arrived at the airport I gave them a call at 8:15pm on November 2 2024 the dispatch said someone will be there in a few minutes to pick me and my party up I called back 25 minutes later the dispatch said the driver left 15 minute ago it only take 5 min to get to the airport when the driver arrived it was 8:58 pm according to the time he called me it took us 5 min to arrive to pick up my vehicle once inside I asked the driver about my refund he told me I was late to pick up my vehicle I told him I wasnt late it was him the traffic wasnt bad I checked my GPS so I called to ask for the manager named ***** regarding my refund but ***** wasnt available to speak with me and I forgot to mention that I took a video of my car before I left there was no damage to my vehicle when I arrived there and after washing my vehicle there is some damage also I took a pick of my dash board to check the mileage and gas neither didnt match up of the video I took

  They are thieves- they will up charge you and promise to pick you up- only to be told you need to take an Uber to get your car and leave you stranded at the airport at midnight with 6 kids. They are rude, dishonest and should NOT be used- you are better off paying for Airport parking directly- the low prices are a scam

  Worst experience I had in my life. Bad customer service, charged me twice for the service and then disregarded me when it came to the miscommunication on the times.

  Stay away from this place!I had made a booking and paid for it online.When I came to park, they told me that I am not in their system, so I will have to pay if I want to park there.I showed them the email confirmation of the booking and the payment, but they were *************'s not on our computer, so if you want to park, you pay."To add insult to injury, they charged me an extra "late booking fee" for "not having booked earlier online."This place is SCAM CITY, as evidenced by the multitude of negative reviews.

  This place is fraudulent. DO NOT PARK HERE. Our flight landed at 10:06 pm, and they would not stay open for us. We offered $75 to get our car back if someone would stay for 20 mins. We live 2 hours upstate and had to rent a car, drive home that night and drive back down the next day only to be charged an extra day and a $40 late fee, which had to be paid in cash. We didn't have cash, so I asked to put the charge on the card we used for the reservation. They said cash only and refused to give me my car. We had to call the police because they said they had lost our keys unless we paid them cash. They held our car for ****** for over an hour until we came up with the money. We ended up paying hundreds more than the original reservation because of all of their hidden fees. They should be shut down. There is a reason there is no sign or indication of this business. The police said they get called there every day. Sadly, they just close the business under one name and open it under another and continue with these horrific business practices.

  This company should be shut down They are thieved, scammers, highway robbers. Every review reads the same. They know they can take advantage of you because usually you have a plane to catch. They false advertise, add on costs whole youre there and in my case aftet you leave. Never sent the receipt and when i returned and tried to get s copy, the old man said no but i took a photo and then he came yo my eondow and took a picture of me. For what reason, I dont know. They are crooks, plain and simple
