      I purchased a dodge charger from this company with an warranty. Once the original warranty was about to end I purchased an extended warranty. I began to have problems with the car within the first 30 days. They took the car to get services and it worked for some months. I started to hear noises, so I took the car to the dodge dealership and they told me the warranty is a false warranty and everything that is wrong with the car is preexisting. I requested my money back for the extended warranty. They are refusing to answer my calls. When i go to the dealership they tell me to come back. I have the receipt from the dodge dealership in Bayside. I also have the receipt for the extended warranty. I am requesting the refund for the extended warranty since I now have to pay out of pocket for all the repairs that is needed for my car.

      * Date of experience Monday 8/29/2022 at their ***************************************************** location with reps *********************** and ************************* Company website listed a 2016 Sonata w/ 80K plus miles for $10,470+* I agree to the deal but when I ask the price they never answered and talked around it * I asked how come the monthly payments are 2x what their website calculated and they said to pay no mind to that. Then they said its my credit score so I sign off.* I get home and review the paperwork and they're charging me $19,181 which is almost $10,000 more than the advertised price.This company and their sales people are dishonest and manipulative. Avoid them at all costs.
