    I received a mailed brochure to contact a number to schedule a Tour and Travel Focus Group. For participating in the 90-minute presentation I would receive a voucher for a 3, 5, or 7 night cruise for two adults. I was also informed during my call to reserve for the presentation, that I was one of the first 50 callers and was eligible to receive a 100.00 local dining savings card. When the presentation ended there was no voucher or card, we were told an email would come within 2-3 days with the gifts. On the fourth day I called for the status and was told the third-party vendor would provide the gifts within the next couple days. I still received no email, and placed another call. This time I asked for the vendor who Hannah said was responsible. She did not have the name, I asked for a supervisor, and was told none were present. This odyssey began in good faith. The business is not honoring their commitment. They now do not take my calls, and furthermore the number posted just rings and does not go to the answer prompt stating, "This call is being recorded." as it did when making the previous calls. ********, ***** *********, and ********* ****** ***** along with the ******* *** ** *** ****** ****** ******* were all party to this fraud. Images for the cruise lines were on the brochure, ******* *** was used for the presentation.

    After receiving a mailing, on 11/30/24, ***** *** ***** ****** scheduled a **** session with Epic Journeys to learn about their travel club. The company promises "a complimentary 3,5, or 7 night cruise....including complimentary airfare" for attending the 60-minute **** session. We received the reminder below and attended from 7:45-9:00 PM on 12/3/24.

    At the end of the session we declined all levels of purchase for the club and were told that we were being emailed our voucher for the airfare and cruise. When we did not receive the voucher after the session, I took the following steps:
    12/5/24- Called ************** and asked about the status of my voucher. I was told by the person on the phone that she 'can't send emails' and I would have to follow-up by email.
    12/6/24- Called ************** again and Tammy said she would 'send an email to corporate' and I 'should get the voucher soon'.
    12/9/24 I called ************** and the message says 'the number I called cannot be reached from my calling area.'

    It is clear that this business is making fraudulent claims, so I'm now filing this complaint.

    July 2024, Voyage venture vacations stated in the seminar that vacations would be 40-60% cheaper than other vacations sites, they promised our own private concierge when calling, parking would be included, taxes & fees would be included, not true, they stated if we wanted to sell it in the future just call them and they will sell it,not the case, we tried it and got sent to another company that wanted to charge us a selling fee. We tried calling them and no one answers or when they do answer they are rude and say they will call back but never calls back. They use deceptive advertising, pressure, they wouldn't let us use our phones in the seminar to look them up. We feel this is a scam, we can get cheaper vacations on *********** or *********** all lies at the seminar, they didn't give us a chance to cancel this membership. Now we can't get a hold of anyone that works there, I believe they moved,they were in Asheville NC now in NY.

    My husband & I did a focus group with this company & were told we would receive $100 in local dining options. I had to pay $9.95 to activate this after the focus group & then could not get into the site to access the vouchers. I would like my $9.95 refunded and a $100 gift card that can be more easily used for dining. I have called all the numbers I have for this company & emailed them to no avail & requested a refund from the activation site without response. I am even unsure of the exact address as the web site said Glendora, CA & the card listed the NY address. There are 2 phone #s - *** * **** **** and ************. Thank you for any help.
