    On 10-2-2023, I purchased Muvee Reveal Encore at ************************************* using my Mastercard. I received a download link that was broken and does not work. These people are scams, they take your money willingly and know their link doesn't work. I reached out to the provider over the software 2checkout now verifone they sent me an email and said after 5 business days they would give me a refund, and I was told to call on 10-9-2023, which I did. Now I am being told I need to call on 10-13-2023 I am getting the runaround; they owe me $25.67 I called my bank they can't refund me they said to call Muvee Technology where I purchased the software from to get the refund.

    I ordered software from muvee on 9/9/2023 and their website has failed to allow delivery of the software. I've ordered software in 2019 without issue, but the company seems to now be disconnected. Another complaint was filed with the BBB on 5/15 of this year with the same issue. The muvee website is erroring on download stating you don't have permission or the system is not available. Attempting to access Muvee support online fails and emailing support bounces back. Their online social media presence has been dorment since 2018, so there is no way to get in touch with the company. I'm in the process of attempting to get access to the software via payment processor ************* who has supposedly forwarded the concern to Muvee. If I don't hear back from them soon I'll contest the charge with ************* and/or my credit card company.

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Muvee Technologies, Inc regarding complaint ID ********.  My credit card company refunded the charge after they investigated the issue. I have not heard from the company and their website continues to not work correctly.

    ******************* site is running a scam. I'm unable to download or receive the items I paid for on the 2Checkout site. When I go to download the items, it either says, "Forbidden" or "Unable to" download at this time. I have tried to download my items on three (3) different PCs & the same message continues to occur. I have asked for a refund for these items, but unable to receive from the ******************* site.

    I purchased muvee stylePacks Mega-Bundle and muvee Reveal Encore online as well as the backup CD that was supposed to be mailed to me.order on 2022-04-22 from *********************We received your ***** USD payment ****************** ****) for order *********.Product / Subscription Information Name: ***************************** Email: ************************* I received the email with links I was supposed to be able to download the product from. When I clicked on the links it took me to another page where I had to click the link for the product again. Once I clicked on the link to download, I received a message stating I was not authorized to complete downloads to that server. I used the support form on the MUVEE website mentioned above. I filled out 2 different forms to let them know I was having trouble and needed assistance. I gave them the order information and advised I was not able to complete the downloads from the links they sent and therefore had no use of their product. I did also include my contact information. I received no response at all. I waited to see if the back up cd came in the mail so I could get the product that way but it has now been over a month and the back up CD never arrived by mail as promised in the order process. I paid $***** and have not received any product at all. I would like a refund of my purchase or assistance in downloading the product I paid for. Also, the links they sent expire after a certain amount of time. I reached out to them on the day I received the links and a couple times after that with no response. The links have since expired and since I never received the back up CD, I have nothing for my purchase. The information above is from the email I received letting me know they did receive my payment. My payment was deducted from my account as well.
