      I experienced an issue at the location in Taunton, MA. This complaint is against the franchisee of said location - JSC Mgmt. Group; DBA Burger King.
      I visited the restaurant and parked my car at the rear of the lot. While inside, their landscaper had used a blower to clear the rear of the lot and they blew debris directly at my vehicle. I returned to my vehicle to find it covered in leaves, twigs, pebbles and trash, with several small but noticeable chips in the paint. It was obviously intentional because there was a halo around my vehicle that was completely free of debris.
      I contacted JSC to inform them of what had happened and offered to show them pictures I had taken. They told me they had identified the company that had damaged my vehicle, and offered me a $50 gift card to a local car wash. I was insulted by the notion that $50 would be appropriate resitution for damage that is not correctable by just a car wash; nor does it account for my incurred inconvenience.
      I found a local detailer that included chip repair as part of their service for a reasonable price of $200. I responded to JSC's offer with request that they remedy the complaint by paying for my vehicle to be detailed. They did not respond, nor have they acknowledged any of the several subsequent requests for a response.
      JSC Management Group has already acknowledged what took place and that it was done on their property by their employed company, They can resolve this complaint with an apology for my trouble and agreement to pay $200 for the chips to be fixed by car detailing.

      This is the second franchise that has been handling their food to customers without gloves. Secondly they had given my order to another customer. A customer gave it back and then they gave it to me. If I hadn’t seen this encounter they would’ve given me food that was improperly handled and that’s not ok.

      October 25, 2024 @ approximately 1:25p i went to a Burger King ***** **** *** ********** ** *****) and ordered to Burger meals for about $30.
      I need to mention that I was in a car accident two months ago, and my ability to reach and stretch has been severely limited.
      I got to the window, gave my credit card to a young man, eye, blonde hair w/ no hair net or hat, and a tattoo on the side of his neck. I asked him to give me back my credit card first so that I could put away my wallet before trying to deal with the two large sodas. After repeating my request several times, he put my sodas on the ledge outside the window and gave me my credit card with no receipt.
      He then told me, "You can take your sodas now!" I explained that I could not physically reach them due to my disability and he walked away. He came back a minute later, handed me a bag of food, and walked away, leaving my sodas on the ledge.
      I sat there looking at him as he pointed to my sodas, shrugged his shoulders, and began laughing at the fact that my I couldn't reach my sodas bc of my disability.
      I sat there for several minutes, being laughed at, before I shut off my car and took my camera out. I continued to sit there, with countless cars stuck behind me, for another five minutes. Eventually a woman came over and handed me my sodas, with the blonde guy still laughing at my disability.
