0 stars I took my vechile there to get looked at, my b/F TOLD THE OTHER MACHNAIC. WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE ...u got a call saying it would cost me $171.00 give or take to change 3 bolts, I told them yes than I called back 30 seconds later, when I got there I only asked 1 quiestion Keith T*** started flipped out on me and when I responded back he yelled at top if his lungs to shut up, and no I did not take that I told him I don't gotta **** up and he continued to harrass me while I was going out the door. they changed me for use of torches which werr not even used that he charges 44 for Labor and he did t even do anything, people be aware he is definitely a womanizer by the tone he got qith me and proceeded to try to get out of his seat to come at me but couldnt.. they can't keep worker because he treat them poorly so if you don't wanna get treated bad and you want. **** work done than I wouldn't go to him

On the phone when scheduling, she wanted her “entire” exhaust system checked out. Boyfriend did point out one flaw at time of appointment. She said to call her with an estimate. Amanda told her $171.00 maximum, depending on parts needed. She said “go ahead”. Only 2 bolts, not 3 were in question. We removed one & then prepared to cut one out with torches when she called to say they changed their mind. “Stop working on it”. Mechanic stopped. She asked how much expense so far. Amanda told her $58.86 which included $10.00 torch fee (reduced labor & sales tax). She agreed with no discussion.
When they arrived, she got to Amanda’s desk & got belligerent & loud, accusing her of charging for work not done. When I tried to ask what was not done, she would not answer & got nasty. I did shout over her telling her to “shut up”. She got more belligerent & gave Amanda $60.00 & left the office, not taking her change & auto keys. We asked her boyfriend to please take the change. He did, then apologized for her attitude. She continued screaming all the way through the garage, approximately 35 feet.
I never stood up while she was in the building & had no reason to. Have no idea what the “womanizer” comment was about. My date of birth is 10/17/44. As far as the quality of work, never heard anything before. She has been a regular customer for many years, that we extend payment terms to almost every time.
