    I hired this so called company 2yr. ago. I was totally taken by all the mistakes that I found out were made.My bathroom had mold in it, they had to tear up the whole bathroom that he said have done this before. When it was done, could not get the shelves under my new bathroom sink in because he had not compisated for the pipes and left it. When they moved the toilet to put the floor in , they broke the seal which he would not repair, so cost to me from rotor ruter was $300.00. Then he said my hot water tank needed to be replaced and again said he knew how to do this. So a new one he put in.me being a elderly senior woman did not know until the company I use to service my furance noticed it was not done right or safe for me. Instead of useing copper lines above the top of the water heater he used orange plastic which could have caused a fire or flooding. Well another 600.00 to repair that.Me being so thankful to him for putting my hot water tank in., was so stupid to give him an extra 500.00. which was a total of $6000.00 total.Because I trusted him, not knowing all this until later.Also to this day, when I turn on the cold faucet on in the bathtub, the water turns warm.This guy does not know what he is doing and I wonder how many other seniors he has coned. I was advised by friends and other companies to send the invoices explaining the repairs I had to make along with a nasty letter telling him do you have no morals and you should reinburse me for all the repairs and heartacke he has caused me. Not surprisedI hope he gets no more business, because he is less than a human being, and in time no coment back from him. His time will come.
