      On March 4 2024 I dropped off my ******* 10,000 amp jump pack, two blue parrot over the head Bluetooth headset and a blue *** wireless Bluetooth speaker for repairs. I made a arrangements with them for them to try to have it repaired within the week so I would have my jump pack to go back on the road with me. After many unanswered and unreplied phone messages I finally got a hold of someone a month later. We made arrangements on4/26/24 for me to meet the woman that runs the organization to return my items in dansville New york at which time I would also pay her for the repair. She reached out to me by a text message saying something came up and she wasn't going to be able to meet me. She then told me that the company ******* was offering a replacement and I was asking her in response could I have mine back all I want back is my property she has not responded to multiple attempts voicemails text messages emails no response of any kind in 2 months. All I want is my property back I don't care if it's in pieces I just want my property returned. I'm reaching out to BBB because I don't know what else to do with this person ignoring me missing my calls blocking my messages I don't know how to go about just getting my property back I feel like I've been stolen from and that jump pack is valued over $1000. I need help any help at all would be greatly appreciated at this point just to resolve this and get my stuff back. Thank you
