On 11/10/24 I paid Brookes Enterprise LLC $475.20 for a seasonal plow contract for 24/25 snow season. The contract included removing stakes and lawn clean up in the spring. I live in the country with a long driveway and have invisible fence for my dogs. The plow drivers came at all different times and if my dogs were out and we were in the back of the house they would just leave. I would have to call the owner who was very unprofessional and did not provide good customer service in coming up with a resolution. It happened twice and I simply asked if they could send a text or quick call or honk horn when coming so could ensure dogs were in. This was on Dec. 21st and on Dec. 24th. At that point he wanted to give me less than half the money back after only making 4-5 trips. I stated that was not much money to get back and it would be hard to find someone . The owner then said “then let me do my job”. I never intended to make his job more difficult just trying to come to a resolution about preventing problems with the dogs when we never knew when they were coming. Some of his plow drivers did not always plow the entire areas that were designated to be plowed and they did not always come when there were 3” or more of snow even when I measured it and sent him pictures. He would state it is not more than 3” when I had pictures of tape measure in the snow. 2 Amazon drivers slid off our driveway into our yard and tore it up after getting stuck due to condition of driveway. The last part of the contract was yard cleanup and pulling up yard stakes, I emailed him on 4/17 inquiring when this would be completed, no response. I texted him on 4/21 and he texted back he would get to it when he could he had a lot of properties. I just noticed a post he put on the Brookes Enterprise ******** page that on 4/4 he and his crew completed spring cleanup for plow customers. I inquired about it asking when my contract would be fulfilled and received no response.
