    I cancelled this order 10 seconds after it was made and contacted you right away with my correct address!!!!
    They couldn’t stop the order even 10 seconds after I’d made it with an auto generated old address in their data—
    Now it is being sent to my OLD ADDRESS!!
    THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I know that whoever gets my order will not contact me and will probably KEEP my things! This is not an inexpensive order and I am NOT HAPPY. :/

    Our CANCELLATION POLICY IS CLEARLY NOTED ON OUR WEBSITE AND IN ALL EMAIL CORRESPONDANCE:    We responded to the customers email via email on 3.3.2023, 10:01Hi *****,The
    address you provided looks like it went to address that is 7 hours away
    from you current. Do you have any family or friends still in the area
    that could possibly intercept or visit that home and speak with who
    lives there? Or probably a more reasonable approach, did you complete a
    Standard Forward Mail & Change of Address for with the post office?
    They are in place for a year at a time and can be renewed. You can even
    call that local post office to remind them. Then your package would
    automatically be forwarded to you. Since you still have this old address
    n your system- it seems like you moved from there most likely not that
    long ago. You will want to clean out out shipping addresses from your
    cookies on your pc also to prevent this from happening to you again.We
    understand that you are frustrated pertaining to your order ******

    very clear communication on the process to change or cancel an order

    of the emails that were sent to the email address you are writing us
    from for your order confirmation emailed immediately after placing your
    order and the shipping notification email with your tracking clearly
    state to contact us via text or call ###-###-#### because if you email,
    or message us - we may not see it due to us packaging.My
