    I had a problem with my car’s exhaust and called for roadside assistance through my insurance company. They sent Todd’s Towing to pick it up, from my driveway, in the evening, to be brought to the mechanic in the morning. The driver that picked it up was not friendly, but that was no big deal. At 11 the next morning, I called the mechanic and it hadn’t been delivered yet. I called the insurance company, and after some time, they told me the towing company was not delivering my car because there was an outstanding invoice from the insurance company(nothing to do with me). I said- they are holding my car for ransom? The agent said yes but they were paying the bill and it should be all set, then transferred me to Todd’s. I was greeted with “hello?” This is David. Then transferred to a “manager” who said -no, the garage was not open (they open at 8am) and then said the bill was just paid 5 minutes ago.(I had been on hold for over 40 minutes at this point) He said they would deliver the car and would call me “don’t worry” when they did. I never received a call, but my car was eventually delivered around 3 pm. This caused me a full extra day without my car and I had to rent one. The whole situation was highly unprofessional, unethical and rude. Horrible customer service, and very untrustworthy. When I googled them, the 1st thing I saw was other terrible reviews. I didn’t choose them, and would never, if I needed towing.
