    A/C unit pooped out, and was in complete distress. I called the afterhours line, and got a call first thing in the morning.They had a tech at my house at 9am, and it was fixed within 30 minutes (capacitor blew). ****** was exceedingly nice, explained the issue, and had cold air running in no time. Cost was beyond reasonable (and I've been gouged by other HVAC guys before).I WILL be calling **** again, and passing their number out like it was pez (do you millennials even know what Pez is nowadays?).Heaps o' thanks, ****!

    I recently needed my radiant floor heating to be evaluated for malfunctioning issues. The owner who I scheduled the appt with was very nice, and so was '******' when we had to reschedule due to a snowstorm. The worker, ******, was sent to do a diagnostic on my heating to see what was wrong. From the moment he arrived and the entire time he was here he was obnoxious, rude, and sarcastic! He was annoyed that I asked him what he thought the problem was and what he thought the solution might be. I left the room and overheard him say to his helper that he has been doing this since high school and that every house you go to you think you know what the problem is, but you really don't. He said a few more obnoxious things to his helper. I came back in to the room and saw him scratching his head and huffing and puffing; he obviously didn't know what the heck he was doing, so I called the *********** and spoke with '****' and told him I wanted ****** to leave my house immediately because of all that I noted above; that I wanted to speak w the owner, who was not available, but I was told they would contact me after the weekend. No one ever called me, but they charged me on my credit card for service that was not rendered. Shame on this business!
