      Company is knowingly selling defective products to customers as a certified vendor and refuses to solve any issues with customers after spending hundreds of dollar in the store, i have reached out to the company of which they are selling defective products and the company has informed me there are several policies in effect that allow certified vendors to replace defective products at 0 cost to them or the customer however the owner of the business still refuses to issues refunds or replacements for defective ****** devices.

      Regarding Complaint ID ********, the following is Green Witch Vape Inc.'s position: Firstly, to assert that we knowingly sell defective product is both slanderous and silly. ****** is one of the premier companies in this segment of the industry, however, like any mass produced product, these items are made by humans and sometimes defective products occur.  Both my retail company and the distributor we purchase from, are bound by the ****** Company policy stating that the warranty is between ****** and the original purchaser only. I have included some of the warranty verbiage, the warranty in it's entirety is available online. As to the customers assertion that we misrepresent our selves as a so called "Certified Dealer", I am unfamiliar with this term and as such, do not represent ourselves as one. In closing, ****** could conduct their returns in a more expedient fashion. However, I am not ******, not a manufacturer and do not offer an implied warranty, that would be in violation of the ****** retail policies. Like most manufacturers these days, ****** holds their return decisions to be their own.  I truly feel badly that the customer has to wait the time for ****** to replace the item when and if it is deemed to be defective, however their beef is with the manufacturer and not Green Witch Vape,
