      Fraud alert! business was supposed to dry out the issue I had in the basement and y’all took the equipment before it was dry. Nor did you let me know typically how long this process will take based on the floors that I have. The guy that came today said it takes typically seven days to dry out a concrete floor. So you knew it would take longer than three days and then it let me know. So now I’m supposed to just have a wet basement? You were all supposed to take the fridge and the people came today and left without taking it even though they knew that’s what they need to do. This is why they didn’t come yesterday because they didn’t have the vehicle to pick it up.

      I keep calling the office and I keep getting forwarded to the call center even though you are open and answered my call the first time.

      This is really unprofessional! They took my money, but services were not rendered.

      Customer ****** ***** sustained a sewage back up and wanted a price for a three day dry out and clean up/sanitization.  She did not want to file an insurance claim.  Quick Response quoted $2,300 and obtained a credit card payment from the customer.  After three days, our technician responded to the loss only to find the customer very rude.  The customer  said  she would be reversing the credit card charge if the equipment was picked up that day as agreed upon.  Because the customer said she would not be paying for the services, the technician picked up the equipment and did not remove the refrigerator.  Had the customer been open to a discussion, Quick Response could have quoted her an amount for further days of drying.  Please contact me with any questions.  Very truly yours,  ****** * ***** Esq Quick Response Restoration, Inc
