    I don’t understand why you can’t give a 0. Total rip off.... these hucksters sell "fireplace" cords so when I ordered a 1/2 cord for $190, I got what looked like way less than an even a face cord. I said something before the guy unloaded it and he said that it always looks like less when it is stacked in a truck. The fact that he had 3 deliveries neatly stacked in the back of his truck should have been the tip off. I was stupid! It took me 10 minutes to stack. I paid $190 for a pile that measures 2' high by barely 8' long. I could have done better dealing with *******’s and would not have had to deal with a con artist!

    The company advertises a special on their website of a trunk load of firewood for 25.00 when you call about it they tell you to come on in. When you get there they then tell you that they are no longer running the special and that it is 25.00 a box which is about a 10th of a trunkload

    I would give this business a zero if possible. >>>>>>>>>>I I specifically ordered (2) Full Cords of wood for delivery, their ad stated the take C-C but when I ordered was told cash only on 1st order & now know why. The actual wood delivered was a small pile aprox face cord amount.called to ask when I could expect the second pickup load and was told They call their Cords Fireplace cords which is aprox 1/3rd of a cord so I received 2/3 in total. So I’ve been cheated out of a third of my order. Owner asked me if i had a wood stove or fireplace, Told him Fireplace’s, Was NEVER TOLD I was not getting a full standard cord of wood. Owner promised to call back to discuss, never did. I called back and another employee said no additional wood is to be delivered, asked for refund and offered to re-load wood and was told i’d be charged an 80$ fee to pick up their wood (same town) I should have read more reviews because other people feel scammed by this “Fireplace Cord” Measurement as I do.The delivery guy was very nice, only delivers. Please think twice before ordering anything from Exit13S Firewood, You are NOT going to be getting a FULL & Honest Cord. You'll be getting Their version of it calling it “The FIREPLACE CORD” Or aprox 1/3rd of an Honest Cord.
