    I’ve wanted a hot tub for several years but for me, the thought of going through the buying process was right up there with buying a used car or a time share. That is until I met the Life’s Great Spas team. From the minute I walked into their show they were no pressure, incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Price negotiations were incredibly fair and value based, and things only got better. Picked tub on Friday and they delivered it Tuesday! Delivery team could not have been more professional and courteous, and when they say 9am they mean it. Guys even took away the cardboard our cover came in and installed cover snaps. I really believe guys would have moved my house if it meant getting tub exactly where we wanted it!! Tub works great and insulation is top notch with minimal heat loss even when we had to turn it off for several hours of unrelated electrical work. Lauren provides almost real time customer support despite her VM that says she returns calls in 24 hours…..if you want a no regrets hot tub buying experience look no further, as Life’s Great Spas
