    I have a mobile home that was purchased through this company. They installed my ac unit and over cut the floor for the grate, therefore my floor is very spongy and my flooring is rolled up near the grate. i keep calling about getting this fixed and am told that the guy that did this is a sub contractor and has his own business and he is very busy. i have reached out to them every couple of weeks and they never call back. This has been going on for 2 years and all i'm asking for it to be fixed. i have had a lot of issues with this company. 3 months after I moved in my fuel tank tipped over and they said that it wasn't their fault.

    This is in response to the complaint made by ******** ****, ID# ********. Ms. Male has stated we have not finished repairing her floor decking and lino. This is to date correct; we have tried several times but had scheduling

    issues over the last 2 years. We are scheduled to go to her house on 3/28/2023 between 12 and 1pm to resolve this issue. In regard to her fuel tank tipping over, it did indeed tip over. The tank was installed by a

    certified heating specialist. It was installed properly at that time. After multiple fill ups by her heating/ fuel company the tank tipped over. We had no interaction with the tank after installation. We believe this is a homeowner

    maintenance issue. The homeowner/fuel company must monitor their property and fuel tank

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    The guy came and fixed my floor. Thank you! I guess I will have to pursue the fuel issue with someone else.
