      On March 20, 2013 I ordered a door regulator for the driver door for a 1995 ***** ******. Between Marc 20th and April 12th 3 different regulator was shopped to me and the ***** service department found they were all the wrong part. The last time I contacted John at Saratoga Classic about the wrong part, i requested that my money be refunded. I would like for the $135 be credited back to my credit card.

      we sent her 2 front door window reglators  and each time she got them she told us they where wrong she all so order a/c comprosser that the fist one she told us was wrong and next one was wrong we credit her for that the day she call we told here to give us her vin number so that we could see why all the parts where wrong she refused so i inform here if she did not wont to do that to send the psart back and we would crdit here less locating fee and shipping

      If the business was concern with making sure that they shipped the correct part, they should have verified the VIN number after they shipped the wrong part the first or even the second time.  I should not be inconvenience by the business any longer and I expect to be refunded $135 back to my credit card.

      if the customer gave us the wrong info witch i belave to be the case all i ask  her for was the vin so we could confirm so we could get the credit from the yard that sent it and then have he send it back to the yard that it cam from and we wold credit her as we did befor when shorder a/c contoles and she needed a a/c copresser we charge he shipping 2 ways and a 20% restocking fee ans she know that is the case with this we can not return the part now to them it is over 30days  i am will to refund her the cost of the part if she sens it back to the yard that ship it

Electrical parts are sold to be in working order. There are NO cash refunds on electrical parts, REPLACMENT ONLY . there is a link at the the end of all our e mails to this web sight and i did offer to replace it IF I HAD THE INFO TO SEE THAT IT WAS WRONG . 4  WE DO NOT guarantee shipping on any part over 15 years old - it is the responsibility of the customer to return merchandise to the vendor (call us for that information). this is stated in our warranty as well #9 i ask her to return the part and there is a 20% restocking fee  5 and now on 6 /2 6 weeks after on phone conversation with a 9art that has a 30 day replament warranty she wonts a full refund . at besst  if she retund the part when i ask her tow she was dow $80.00 $20.00 restock and the shipping come to $55 (THAT IS IF SHE RETURND THE PART TO THE VENDER WHEN I ASK HER TO NOT KNOW }

      I have provided the VIN # for the ***** ****** on a prior respond.   I will not pay any additional cost to return any of the other wrong products and/or restock fee.  The $135 that was charged on my credit card should be refunded.
