    I was referred to *** regarding my broken dishwasher door. He came to my house and sent me an estimate. I admittedly took a few days to get back to him. To make up for it, I sent more than the required deposit via Zelle. On at least 2 occasions, he said he would come, but never showed or provided an explanation. After the first time, he said he got hurt. He then gave me a time convenient to him. To accommodate him, I rearranged my work schedule. He never showed again.I understand that sometimes jobs take longer, and I asked him to at least notify me if he was running late or could not make it. After that, he has not acknowledged my repeated texts. Nor has he been willing to give back my deposit. Be wary of him. I am out $150 with no recourse.
