    Hello,I never signed up for a membership. Please credit my card for the $119.00 for the month of August 2024. After I received my complimentary stretch at the ********* location in July, I told the manager that I only wanted to pay for two sessions for $119 which were paid for in July. He told me that he would not sign me up for a recurring membership and charged me on the spot for the 2 lessons. I recently learned that my card was charged again for $119 for the month of August - I am seeking the help of the BBB to ensure that this business credits my account today for $119 and ensuring that my card is no longer charged going forward. No one picks up the phone and no longer responds to my text messages. Do not do business with this company.

    I signed up for a complimentary stretch session with *****. He recommended I sign up for a 3 month program (which is minimum) and to go twice a week for stretching. I was completely misled i was signing a real contract as it was all on an ipad and he didnt explain what i was really signing. he distracted me while doing so asking me many personal questions. when i got home my pain from the stretch kept getting worse and i have been uncomfortable since. the next day i saw the contract that went to my email and immediately called to cancel. it took over a week to finally get that done however they are not refunding me the 440$ they deducted from my card as a down payment. I never really received any official services from them. They do not return calls, answer my emails ! not only was injured but felt i was scammed and ghosted. I never in my life have had such a negative experience with a business. I never once even received a receipt for my transaction. I have been asking them but have received no response
