    9.26.2022 for $1470.00 rubber gasket stamped and cut with ADHESIVE BACKING ON ONE SIDE. No adhesive backing is on the product. We contacted the sales rep via email. The business has made no attempt to rectify the sales reps ******** We clearly asked to be quoted in the email to *********************** on 7/28/2022. We ordered the said product. we were then notified that the gasket material was backordered. They asked us to change the type of material to a more readily available product. At no time did they state that the adhesive backing wouldn't be on the product when we were requoted for the "replacement product". The sales rep made a mistake and failed to request and process what we requested in our email. This was his mistake and he has done nothing to rectify it but say "tough". I have copies of the emails. He wouldn't respond to our email. He instead called to tell our shop ******* that they were taking no steps to fix the product error. **** told him via phone that we would need to place a whole new order even though we already paid for the Product and didn't receive what was requested. No one further up the chain has reached out over the issue. We don't know if he even contacted anyone in the company about his mistake, and our request for them to make it right. No discount, no correction of the order, no apology, no nothing. Don't do business with SAS or ***********************. acct # ******

    SAS never quoted nor sampled the product with PSA on it initially. Even the customers example states nothing about PSA. SAS requoted the product and offered to remake, but the end user was still not satisfied because they would have had to pay. This product was actually sampled before the production run and they approved it. It never had PSA On it nor was that stated. Objective evidence attached.
