    Purchased a pair of glasses in August. About 2 months later first one then another of the stems of the frames snapped out of nowhere. No strenuous activity or strain was placed on the glasses at any time. Business refused to even acknowledge that this happened telling me instead that I had forceable broken the frames. Told me that I had to buy another set of frames. All I wanted was for him to acknowledge that the frames had broken and replace them as the lenses are quite expensive, but he refused to do both.

    Patient *** ******** ordered custom prescription eyeglasses from my office with ************* on 08/16/2024. The patient presented the glasses on 01/13/2025 the frame was broken in 2 different places, not a manufacturers defect. I offered a discount on a new frame. The patient wanted me to provide a new frame at no charge. When I said I couldn't do that the patient used profanity and then called me a "disgusting human being". The charges are as follows on 08/16/2024 $20 for the eye exam, $204 for the custom RX lenses, and $23 for the frame. Even if the patient was entitled for a refund for the frame, which is not the case, it would only be for $23 for the frame. The patient called to get the frame info to order a new frame online and we obliged.
