      Worst customer service I have ever experienced..They sent wrong item..It was deceptivly advertised and I mistook for my item.. Instead of providing customer service and trying to make it right.She kept telling me it was my fault..after I asked her to send right one..She flat out refused...Asked for supervisor and refused...Absolutely disgusting..Reps name is Christina N*****..9 emails and nothing..Unfortunately for them I am connected to medical community and was referred by them..Definitely will not sit well with them.. When it comes to customer service reps you definitely get what you pay for... Is this a company you want to deal with???
      Update: Senior rep contacts me after review was written and tells me he will refund my money only IF I change my review from 1 star to 5 stars.....Not delete review change it..Extortion can be added to this disgusting company...Absolutely dispicable..
