    So I want to start off by saying It’s been well over a year since this company installed my french doors in my living room and I am just now inspecting their work and that’s totally on me. I should’ve checked their work after they were finished. Lesson learned. Some of the issues I ran into were the framing of the door wasn’t plum to the wall. Some of my vinyl flooring was damaged in the living room. The holes for the lock and handle are not aligned with each other on center from the outside of the door to the inside of the door. (Alex definitely realized this but didn’t say anything). When I told Alex I was going to the bank to get him a bank check he told me “I don’t care how you do it, my trailer is not moving until I get paid” not entirely sure where that came from but we later realized that we shared the same bank and we could just transfer money to each other’s accounts. I’ve tried to reaching out to them multiple times with no answer. I should’ve known it was a little bit of a red flag when he kept pushing us off before the work was even started. Again, lesson learned.

    Numerous bathroom plumbing problems, improper shower installation, poor quality work with flooring, tilework, and "custom" cabinetry. Plumbing problems caused damage to a brand new kitchen (NOT done by Rose Home Improvements. ) All of this has resulted in over $5000+ in repairs/replacement costs. We would not allow Alex to fix the problems, since his company created them in the first place. Several contractors have commented on the overall poor quality of workmanship.

    I'd give less if I could. Paid for a full bathroom remodel. Knowingly installed a chipped toilet and bathroom surround brought it up multiple times took 6 months for Owner to come and look and did nothing. The job cost a lot for poor workmanship and shoddy at best for what was needed and agreed to. Majority of the time the person working was a trainee and both the owner and worker were stoned and reeked of marijuana majority of the time. Very unprofessional. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a contractor. I have to hire another contractor to redo the bathroom because of the mistakes that were made and correct what was done. Was very slow to start and rushed the finish. Seriously avoid.
