    As a woman it can be hard to have work done on your home when you feel like there may be companies out there that are going to take advantage of you. Will they take you seriously? Will they try to rip you off because they think you dont know any better? Well all those concerns were put at ease when I chose ****** and Team at EFAR RENOVATION & HVAC-R. LLC to work with on several big projects. New roof, gutters, retaining wall, rebuilding a deck and enclosed another one while also extending it. I made an inquiries, I did my research, I had several bids but I knew once I starting talking with ****** that he was the company I wanted to work with. He communicated promptly and often. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot). He walked me through the whole process, gave me a fair price, and had amazing attention to detail. He is professional, he worked tirelessly to complete the projects and his team worked just as hard right along side of him. Most importantly to me, it didnt feel like I had a company working on my house, ****** treated my home as if it was his and it felt like family! Thank you again, so much for all of your hard work. I look forward to working with you again in the future.

    ****** was such a professional! So glad we chose him. He was very patient with me throughout the entire process . Not only did he answer all my questions and didn't get snippy like others I had spoken to , he gave a very professional and typed up estimate with photos and the details of the work needed. Additionally, he assisted with understanding the financing options I had and didn't pressure us at all. The job they did was amazing, they were polite, on time , respectful, super hard workers, and cleaned up. The roof has a 50 year warranty and I couldn't be happier. Will certainly call them for any additional renovation needs! Thanks ******!

    ****** was our contractor for a small bathroom renovation. He was comfortable and worked with all our requests.He communicated his arrival time every evening and many times would work up to 7:00pm. He was very considerate of our home , placing paper down to keep the mess down.After the job was complete, we had an issue with one of our tiles.He promptly came and helped repair the item and stands behind his work!Please note- you are doing construction, there will be dust and dirt before and after.

    I highly recommend ****** of EFAR for your renovation needs. He recently laid a new composite deck on our large, wrap around porch and I was thrilled with the outcome. ****** is meticulous, hard working and a top notch professional. He is dependable, showed up early and worked late to get the job done. He was courteous and had a great attitude. I will definitely be using him again.

    Not only is ****** an incredibly skilled craftsman, but he is a great person. He worked many more hours per day a few days into the night until the days work was done.He completey water protected my basement. The sump pumps are working post rain, but for the first time the basement is completely dry!I recommend EFAR completely.
