    I made purchase the other day and They sent me a confirmation. They got paid but I can't get ahold of the seller nobody even support answers. Tons of links to different items categories on the website are blank. The last time the webmaster updated the site was 2021. I don't think anyone's up there and I will probably not get my money back .I for one ,advise going to a site that has a proven track record like ****. **** at least will see to it you get your money *********** will contact the seller to make sure your experience is a good one. I don't think TruGether even has anyone there let alone any real support like **** does. Asking for support at TruGether is like talking to yourself.I regret even giving them a chance.Rev.***** ******

    Attempted to get Can-C eye drops. They have my number but no response. Have to look elsewhere. Why did ****** drop it? Good meds for humans and dogs. Because it might put surgeons out of business?

    Im in the middle of what Im afraid is going to bad a Bad Review and A Call to my credit card company to Reverse Charges. Im trying to communicate with TrueGether.com but I feel theyre dragging out for time. At this point I Do Not Recommend. Dont know what much more I can do. Worse case scenario is I lose my $103.00. Sucks!!!

    Concerned this is not a legitimate business. I never received my item, not received a response from the seller, and Truegether said there's nothing they can do and I should dispute the charge with my credit card if I was unsatisfied. Hoping sharing my negative experience can save others the time and stress.

    We never authorized this website to sell our products in any form, they are pricing gouging on shipping to make a profit. As well as using our images to sell products they don't have in inventory.
