    I bought a parking pass. It was mislabeled as Lot G06. It shouldve been labeled Lot: TAPS Row G06. TAPS is a parking garage and since we are tailgating that is not what I wanted. I am familiar with what TAPS is and would not purchase this pass. I even called the university & confirmed there is no Lot G06 and that it must be *********** I received the receipt showing the parking garage I immediately requested a refund and was denied.

    On Nov 16, 2022 I paid $194.75 for the purchase of 2 tix for the *** Raw X** show on Monday January 23, 2023 at the *********************** in ************. This was a surprise Christmas gift for my younger son. I received the confirmation ticket email and then I downloaded our tickets.The night of the show, we drove 45 min to the venue and paid the $35 for parking. When our tickets were scanned at the gate we were DENIED access as the tickets had been ALREADY USED. Apparently someone else had entered shortly before us with these SAME seat tickets. Marks Tickets has DUPLICATED these tickets and sold the same seats TWICE !!!!!This was a SOLD OUT show and NO other tickets were available at the *********** I called Marks Tickets support and was told to get a letter from the venue so Marks Tickets could start an investigation. The venue states they do not issue such a letter. Such a disappointment to us to miss this show. MARKS TICKETS IS A SCAM - DONT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!

    This review is defamation.  Please remove or modify it.  We 100% do not SCAM anyone.   We have been in business for over 10 years.  We are a resale marketplace. we do not buy and sell tickets.  We allow for the exchange of tickets between buyers and sellers on our website. 

    If you were not allowed into the venue.  We simply require proof to issue a refund or else anyone could claim this on any order.  If you provide us with that proof, then we will issue a full refund.

    I purchased tickets to a concert. The concert venue changed from Masonic to Chase Cemter. The concert is in a few days and Marks Tickets has not reissued me my tickets for the new venue with the new seats. I have emailed and called many times and they are not responding. I just get canned email responses. I paid $468 three years ago And I dont even have my tickets yet!!!

    The seller has not yet received the tickets from the box office, when they do, the tickets will be delivered to this customer.  the event is not until 9/3/22.  The tickets will be delivered in time for the event.  This will be followed up with next week to make sure the tickets are delivered by 9/3/22.
