    My husband and I have been waiting for over THREE months to receive confirmation that the goods he sent to ******* via TMS Shipping has made it, but we haven't even received updates!!!! We were originally told the shipment would arrive in TWO WEEKS TIME. When we first paid for our items (valued at $4000+) to be picked up on October 21, 2024, we were unpleasantly surprised to find out that the "commercial bin" that we were being charged $310 a piece for was just a big cardboard box... our items couldn't fit into one so we ended up having to get two, totaling to $620. This was supposed to also include "Door to Door" service.Could you imagine our frustration when our ~$5000 in purchases seem to DISAPPEAR without a trace! We have had to call TMS Shipping dozens of times from different numbers, even private numbers because they will completely ignore our calls. We also once had a gentleman call us asking for updates about HIS shipment, because *** gave him our number on his receipt! Apparently he was also waiting for his package for months without update.The owner, ******, is a dishonest and unethical business person. She has refused to speak directly with us and claims she tried to reach out to us and "had the wrong number" so I guess she just decided we didn't deserve any communication regarding our packages. We paid money for a service and to support a small local business, but it seems we were just robbed.We are not rich people by any means so this is a huge loss for us, and if they can't deliver our packages (without any damages or missing items) we want to be reimbursed!!!!Receipt #**** - **** ***** (sender)

    This business was a nightmare to work with. We finally heard from the owner yesterday, letting us know our goods arrived in *******. She originally quoted us 2 week shipping time including a service called "door to door", however it is now going on 4 months and we did not receive the items to the delivery address as expected. The owner claims we never asked for the door to door service, which isn't true because it is the sole reason we decided to use her services, as it would have been much more cheaper to use a different company had we known we would still need to arrange for the containers to be picked up. She proceeded to charge us additional fees for the release of the containers, and we will NEVER conduct nor support her business again. This was a very unpleasant and inconvenient experience.

    On 12/2/2023 T.M.S picked up my freight, which value $9500.00, in *******************. The destination was ****************. Their fee was $1350 which was paid in cash. Unfortunately To this date 6/18/2024 I have not received any thing.

     Good morning, Sir, I didn't leave work until 12. holiday no one wants to work. I didn't want to call you that late. I will however I will call you today, I leave work at 3pm. I part you will be gracious. I know it's pass long, putting my feet in your shoes, I feel the discomfort disappointment and dismay. Believe me I am delivering soon.  We will speak later. God bless. I also say your BBB report one day I'll repair my name. God also help his people especially when they get pulled into something they didn't expect. My apologies for the trouble I have caused you, it was not my intention or even knowingly imagined this is what could have happened. I'll call you as soon as I walk through the office door.

     I would like to have an hearing.

    * Transaction date - 02/16/2023 * T.M.S. Shipping Phone numbers - ************ / ************.* Amount of money I paid $385.00 - ******************************* of T.M.S. Shipping.* They committed to provide a service to ship a barrel from NY to ******* W.I. **** care of all the custom fee and delivered the barrel " door to door". this was not done.* This business did not full filled their part of the agreement. from they pick up the barrel on 2/16/2023 I got a call from a custom broker in ******* about the barrel on June 3, 2023.I have to pay for everything over again that I was paid for on 2/16/2023 in the sum on $385.00.* I want my money back less the shipping, He Need to Pay Me back $305 + extra cost that occur in *******.* I have called this business and the people are lying to me over and over, the problem is not resolve.* I believe these people along with the customer broker in ******* is a business of scamming people that is shipping from the America to *******, by paying double (paying 2x).* Shipping receipt # ****.
