    On Thursday April 27, 2023 I texted a picture to this window repair company with my measurements and to get a quote on price for the repairs. I decided to use this company with the repairs. ****** from this company came to my residence the next day Friday April 28, 2023 to do measurements and take a deposit of $500.00 dollars. The full price was $1000.00 dollars. He stated that my new windows would be ready between May 8, 2023 to May 12, 2023. I have made numerous phone calls, text messages, and emails to get an update. I have not received any notifications from this company. I went on my text message with a link to confirm my deposit down and all it says is client hub is down and if you need immediate assistance please contact us at ************ or ********************************************************** I am very upset at what happened. It's pretty obvious I most likely got scammed. If you can help in any fashion for me to get back my money. I do have text messages from this company and an email showing a quote, that's all I have.
