    I went to this repair shop 3x for my car ** not working and after the 1st time repaired I had to return to be fixed again. The second time they charged me for new ** hoses and said all good. About two weeks after again stopped working. I went one more time and they did what ever they did and it worked but they never reconnected my evaporator hose which cause massive water damage under passenger side and total rear of car. For over 3 weeks I didnt know any water was coming in since I didnt feel for it. I went to shop to see what can be done and was really told nothing except we will shampoo rug. I went to multiple places and all said same that rugs are no longer good because of mold and mildew and that padding can not be dried properly. I went to talk to owner and all he kept doing was brushing me off. After 10yrs using him this is what they do. I didnt ask to fix I am using my insurance since it is a lot of damage all I wanted was my $500 deductible back. The owner couldnt bother even showing me the courtesy of five mins to solve the damage caused by his employee. I didnt use a CC since I dont have I used cash to pay for the ** and now like I said I have to lay out $500 of my own money which could have went to bills. This guy is a scammer and no respect for anyone he services. Thought he would show respect for being a long time customer. The $500 deductible plus repair of car should be on him and not me and my insurance company GEICO.
