    This complaint involves two separate transactions. I closed on my condo at *********************************. Sinai on 10/3/22 and paid $2,200 additional for a quartz kitchen countertop. Penn Fabricators/**************** **** was the company that created the countertop for us. The countertop was cut incorrectly as there is a large gap between the countertop and the back wall. In other areas there is a zig zag cut to the back edge in addition to the large gap. After living here about 1 month, ****** from Penn stopped by to offer a solution to the irregular countertop. Since I was not satisfied with his solution, I requested a new countertop. ****** said he wanted me to be happy with the counter. He came back within a week or two to make a template of the counter and advised me the new top would be recut and installed within 2-3 weeks. Installation should have been before the Christmas holiday, however it never occured. Then in Nov. 2022 I went to ************************** on Rt. 112 ******* to order a kitchen island. The island was to have the same style countertop-Marengo. I paid $1,194.88. for the countertop. The island cabinets came within 4-6 weeks but the countertop did not. After checking with Triangle to inquire about the delay I was informed Penn Fabricators/**************** was the company the island counter was ordered from. Since Jan. 2023 I have been contacted by **** on 3 different occasions to advise my counters were in. Appointments were promptly set up only to receive calls at the last minute from ***** at Penn to cancel because the material was not in! The last time this occured was in early March 2023. On that occasion 2 different reps from Penn called me to confirm the delivery day and time. The 3rd call I received that day was to inform me the two previous calls were errors and the material was not in! I was also promised again on March 6th and 31st but at this time I have still not received my countertops. I'm requesting a full refund of all money paid.
