    On 6/25/2024 I brought over one of my companys Bobcats. Model T770 with 1777 Hours to be checked due to the machine shutting off and not working. The machine was dropped off and parts were ordered for a total of ******** . I reached out on 6/26/24 to express that the machine was still giving us problems and not working properly. I was told to bring it back in to later be charged $300 more. Its been a little over a month and today the machine was taken in for services today when it once again shut off unexpectedly. Upon inspection it was visible that the last shop was negligent and parts were put on wrong and pieces were missing which caused the motor to leak oil, the turbo damaged, and the machine completely unoperable and a quote of $40,000 worth of damages that Keens machine repair shop caused. My company hasnt been able to work the last few days because of this. I am out of a good work Machine and out of money because of them. They arent offering me any kind of solution. They just stated they are not liable.
