    I hired them and they never paid the sub contractors he hired. Stole thousands from me and took 11 months to reside my house. Horrible, run away from them.

    This company (GOS Property Management / ******** ******** from Medina, NY came highly recommended and when I met with them the owner Greg, I liked him. He was not the lowest estimate but because of the recommendation, I hired him in May 2022. I gave him a large deposit and anticipated my roof to be completed within a few weeks.. as that was what he stated. Well summer came and went, then fall and all I got were excuses after excuses as to why my roof had not been completed, nothing had been done at all. I had to get the police involved to get my deposit back as he refused to return it. The police advised this would be a Class D Felony if he did not return my money in full, they already had a warrant for his arrest in the works. Greg sent his wife and baby to the police station with a certified check, he couldn’t even man up and bring it himself.
    I hired another company and without issue, my roof was completed and I am satisfied. I would give this outfit ZERO stars, but then no one would read the story.
    So buyer beware!!
