    Unresolved Issues with Truview Background Screening Process To Whom It May ********* am reaching out to file a complaint regarding the unresolved issues I have encountered with Truview's background screening process. After completing the background screening for a job opportunity with *************** I received an adverse action letter from Truview without any clear explanation of the issues identified. Despite my attempts to contact Truview for clarification and resolution, I have been met with unhelpful responses from representatives who seem unable to provide accurate information or assistance.This lack of communication and transparency in the background screening process has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. As a result, I have not been able to address any potential discrepancies or errors in the report, which may be affecting my employment prospects with ***************I believe that *******'s handling of background screenings reflects poorly on both their professionalism and the credibility of the companies they work with, such as *************** I am disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service exhibited by Truview throughout this process, and I feel that it is essential to bring attention to these issues.I sincerely hope that this complaint will prompt a thorough review of my background screening results and lead to a resolution of the issues identified. I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation necessary to clarify any discrepancies and rectify the situation.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
