    Date of transaction :July 16th 2024 Amount transferred via wire: $6250.00 Freedom coffee business committed that delivering coffee machine, giving training on how to operate and finding the location company where machine should be setup and start business.Freedomcoffeebusiness company delivered machine and gave phone training but no location found so far to start the ****************************** person from freedom coffee business is ******* ****** and his contact number: ***************** I tried to call freedomcoffeebusiness phone service and they are just mediators to pass the message to the company and no one from freedomcoffeebusiness contacting me back to resolve the issue including primary contact person ******* ******.Also ******* ****** mentioned that if we are not satisfied with the business and no profits within the 6 months then freedom coffee business will do full refund but its been 2 months that I placed purchase and so far business not started.I am also attaching the receipts and contract documents.I need BBB help to resolve the issue.Thanks in advance ****

    Our customer was resent a second location requesting his coffee machine.  The first location that he received there was miscommunication from both parties.
