      This is by far the worst company I've ever come across when it comes to customer service. We've been dealing with multiple machines that are broken for months now and instead of fixing them, they just raised the price on all the washer and dryers. I don't know how such a greedy company can stay in business.

      WORST COMPANY EVER! Machines are INFESTED with MOLD. Put in 12 service requests and a month later still nothing. 2 weeks ago they said they came but could not clean because they didn't have the right tools and Equiptment. Countless phone calls and 29 emails later they choose to say that cleaning and maintenance is not their responsibility. When I contract antibiotic resistant staph they can pay my hospital bill! Baby clothes were washed in this disease causing MOLD - NOT ACCEPTABLE. STAY AWAY.

      This company increased price for ************** tremendously so I called the company and they promised to put it back to original price. Also my apartment manager called them to complaint about this price issue in front of me 2 weeks ago and they promised that they would send a technician to fix it. However they never fixed the price. I also called them yesterday again and a **** name ***** told me that a technician is on his way to fix the price. However, no one came and fixed. I called this company this morning and asked how they would resolve the issue but the *** was very unpolite and didn't want to help.

      How are you going to charge $3 a wash cycle and half the machines are broken? I put a single load in on high temp and extend the time and the dryers still cant dry my clothes.

      This company has the most run down neglected and consistently broken machines I have ever seen in any apartment complex. We have 4 washers and typically 1-2 ever work at once. Theyre also a safety hazard, consistently spilling water on the floor a month ago I slipped and fell and cracked my head on the corner of one of the machines as I entered the laundry room. Just the horrible condition of the machines indicates the company has no respect for its customers or its reputation.

      -100 for a rating. The machines never work no maintenance done. Keep raising the price. Just greedy!!! Your clothes smell like ?? when they are done washing. This is what wrong with the world. They sure do come pick up the money though. ??

      Stay away! (1) Their washer is old and leaves stains on black clothes. (2) Their pickup estimates are completely unreliable. Youll have to dedicate your entire day, as theyll keep rescheduling multiple times. Not worth the hassle. Avoid at all costs!

      This business is a pure scam, so ghetto and a robbery they took my money never sent my refund, machines are often broken and old, if you call the business they place on hold for 20 minutes than hang up :( the worst

      I asked for a refund back in October. It is now January. Every time I call, I am told that they are making a note of this or that they are escalating this or that their supervisor will call me back or that this needs to be investigated by their accounting department. My apartment doesn't use their contracts anymore and I just want my money returned to me. Even insisting that I wait to speak to a supervisor did no good, I was told that they couldn't hold any longer for me and the supervisor would call back when they could. Terrible.
