      This company had an employee by the name of ******* *******, Deliberately use his work truck to hit my car responding post admitting to it, "it's not a big deal just buff it out" i proceeded to contact a supervisor a month or so after but because i couldn't provide the date, and exact time it happend they refused to take action so instead i had no choice but to file a police report, i am coming out of pocket for damages caused by this company and their racist employee who had also not only damaged my vehicle but called me a n*gger outright, stating "i hate n*ggers, i can't stand you durag grill wearing, n*ggers." I wouldn't recommend assosciating with this company and their services if this is what they represent.

      CSC ServiceWorks **** is an awful business with which to handle reimbursements. They take an inordinate time to reimburse a customer and they do not always tell the truth about when that reimbursement will occur. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

      CSC is, in a word, awful. Recently the door fell off of the washer on our floor .. yes, a true statement. It was actually replaced, but now the washer has an Out of Order sign on it. This washer has had various issues for at least two years and to this day it is still a mess. Most of the time it is out of balance someone comes in, moves it around and a couple of days later its the same situation. Has anyone tried to have a peaceful life when the washer is making horrible noise? Near impossible!Its the most frustrating situation and unfortunately our board is complicit in that they wont aggressively address these issues with this company. If residential buildings are at all interested in the tenants of their properties they would never, ever, ever contract with this company! The absolute worst! We have heard similar comments from residents in other properties in the area.

      Terrible, terrible ,terrible,terrible in the laundromat department. They will rip you off and there's nothing you can do because no one is responding....EVER!!

      This company has been a disaster as a user of their product. Their machines and payment systems do not work and regularly break. They have made it sometimes impossible to do laundry, not because a machine is broken, but because their payment system is.They have an app that you're supposed to use to pay for your laundry. I have repeatedly had a balance that I loaded on the app go missing and have lost approximately $30 without explanation. They have not issued me a refund. The app often fails to load, meaning I cannot use it for payment. The company offers a card payment system, but charges an additional fee to use it if you don't use an app. The app does not work and I have lost money using it. They do not accept coins or cash as payment. Their contracts are awful and they have no responsibility to the tenants they service. Landlords should beware before entering into a contract. Tenants in my building have had to submit repeated complaints to our landlord whose hands are tied by an incredibly restrictive contract.

      This company decided to raise the rate of a wash and dry from 1.25 to 2.75 with no notice. They refuse to lower the rate so the people who live in the building can do 2 loads with one roll of quarters. The machine eats clothes, leaves black marks on clothing and rinses with soapy water and doesn't allow hot water use. They claim to have a three year contract with the owner of the building, who doesn't want to use them anymore either. They won't change the rate, so the people in the building are going to stop using the machines. Stay away from these people, they don't refund, they don't repair, they are the equivalent of a slumlord.

      I live in a ****************** in *******, ** in which the washers and dryers are serviced by *********** works. On January 26, 2025 the washer that I was using malfunctioned. The rinse cycle did not finish because there was foam on the clothes. There was no spin cycle because the clothes were full of water.I never received a $3.00 refund.

      Half the machines are broken at ALL TIMES. Then it's a toss up on whether or not they actually work!! I've never come across such neglect of equipment in my life!!! Tried contacting for refund more than once with NOTHING DONE. SO FAR IVE WASTED ABOUT $40 TRYING TO USE YOUR MACHINES. IF IT WERE UP TO ME ALL YOUR MACHINES WOULD BE SENT TO THE CRUSHERS. YOUR MACHINES ARE AS USELESS AS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! GET BENT CSC

      If I had the option to select ZERO stars, I would. *****************RUDE service workers. DELAYED service times. Machines break down often.
